Siesta Key Real Estate

Dreaming of retiring, but not sure where the perfect place for you is? Well, why not have your very own slice of paradise? Siesta Key is that place! Siesta Key is a beautiful 8 mile long barrier island that has three beaches that are ranked some of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Amongst all of the beauty of these beaches, what makes them stand apart is the sand on Siesta Key Beach. Siesta Key’s sand was rated “The Best Sand Beach in America” by the Travel Channel in 2004. It is a very small safe community with plenty of fun to be had.

This is a very small island which welcomes a tight community to those who live there with a historical population of 6,565 and an average household income of only $65,000 according to the census of 2010. No matter what type of home you feel most comfortable in, Siesta Key offers it. Whether it be a high-rise condo, or 3-bedroom house—we can find your dream home.

Siesta Key is a small community, but make no mistake, there is plenty to do! There are many shops that offer a fabulous beach feel to their home goods, apparel and food. From quaint boutiques to charming eateries, Siesta Key has it all. One thing that sets this luxurious location apart from other beach towns is, though it is a hot spot for tourism, you won’t see many chain restaurants, boutiques, or grocery stores. Everything is owned by locals. This offers an incredible sense of community and adds a great deal of charm and character to Siesta Key.

Now don’t let the lack of chain businesses make you nervous because only two main bridges separate you from the bustling city of Sarasota. Sarasota offers a variety of outings and activities; whether it be grocery shopping, seeing a movie or grabbing a coffee between appointments. Sarasota offers several shopping malls: Westfield Sarasota Square and Southgate and all of the regular grocery stores: Publix, Winn Dixie, Walmart, etc. Sarasota also has several revered hospitals including Sarasota Memorial Hospital and Doctor's Hospital. Sarasota is also home to the Ringling Museum housing beautiful and historic pieces of art! And when you are done enjoying Sarasota's activities, you can return back to your permanent vacation on Siesta Key and relax in paradise. When you’re done relaxing and want to go out on the town or on a wonderful date night with your significant other, there are many local restaurants that offer a beautiful beachy atmosphere such as Daiquiri Deck. You can end the night on St. Armand's circle, which is a mere 5 minute drive, where you can dance the night away to some wonderful live-Latin music at 15 South, or ice cream at Ben and Jerry's.
